The Playwriting Contest Performances!!

The Second Annual Prague Post Playwriting Contest is revving up for the performances of the three finalists. And we want you to be there!

The Playwriting Contest asked for submissions of half-hour plays in October, we judged the plays in December and now we’re just putting the finishing touches on full productions of the three finalists. The Contest is a lightning rod for our community theatre: plays written, produced and performed by local artists.

Come and be a part of the community by attending the performances and casting your vote for the best play. The three finalists are:

“Mrs. Svobodna and the Baobabs” by Nolwenn Treguer
“The Open Tomb” by Anthony Wilks
“Public Relations” by Jeff Kellner

The performances (all three plays performed each night):
Feb. 23 and 27 at 8 p.m.
March 1 at 8 p.m.
March 5 at 6:30 p.m. with a Gala award ceremony and party following the performance.
