  • Cast list. Once cast, measurements/sizes
  • Directors notes. Color scheme, style, direction
  • List of costume rental shops
  • List of secondhand shops
  • Production timeline: which pieces are required when

Deliverables:
  • Costume breakdown by character/scene
  • List of materials/pieces to build/purchase/rent including sourcing
  • Costume pieces
  • Receipts for purchases/rentals. Cost breakdown
Deadlines:
  • Breakdown: At initial production meeting
  • Pieces as required by production timeline. All pieces done by start of tech
  • Cost breakdown: Closing
