Prague Playhouse

The Prague Playhouse, in addition to running these pages, produces theater events in Prague. Currently we’re working on a cabaret series at Cafe Montmartre (Retezova 7) and the Prague Post Playwriting contest. Future plans include working on a short play series.

    Recently I moved to Prague to live and work. Since I would like to take up one of my old hobbys (being in theatre plays), I was wondering what the possibilities are for a non czech-speaking person, to begin and play again.
    Ten years ago I was in two improvisation-plays in a youth theatre school in the Netherlands, since then i didn’t have time anymore… so I didn’t play anymore. Would you be so kind as to help me in finding a theatre group that is not professional and has room for a talent that is maybe a bit rusty?
